Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and update job description
2. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
3. Source potential candidates from various online channels
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
6. Prepare MIS reports but not limited to candidate experience, TAT, hiring manager experience, and so on
7. Work on interview coordination & constant follow-ups with the candidates
