Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help source suitable candidates for the hiring requirements
2. Have exploratory/screening calls with candidates to tell them about CoinSwitch and the role
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers
4. Convey timely feedback to candidates about the interview process
5. Update candidature status and feedback on the applicant tracking system (Recruiterflow)
