Your role
As our Growth Marketing Intern at Coinedone, you’ll be the driving force behind all our growth initiatives. You’ll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success. You’ll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in the acquisition, retention, and loyalty of our users. You’ll also work together with our content marketers and designers to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns.
Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives. If you’re interested in using systematic ways to test experiments and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. Your job is to find the channels and strategies to increase revenue. Ultimately, you should be able to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support the company’s revenue goals.
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
- Conceive and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
- Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube) and drive content creation.
- Manage SEO.
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data up to the executive level.
Requirements
- Outstanding analytical skills. Must possess the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Must live and breathe data with a dash of creativity.
- Excellent copywriting skills. The ability to engage the audience through captivating content.
- You have some knowledge of Google Ads, social media advertising, and website analytics tools.
- You’re able to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- You’re highly creative and have some experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
- You see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.
