We are looking for a HR candidate who has great communicational skills, can be a good leader and who has the willingness to continuously learn and perform exceptionally.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding Job description, resourcing, Screening
- Creating the candidate pipeline through various recruiting and social networking sites
- Adding resumes to the company’s centralized database.
- Ensure that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all requirements on time.
- Responsible for Interview Coordination, follow-up calls, offer roll-out, and onboarding.
