We at KAYR Technologies are building a platform for SMBs to make them more productive by bringing all the business processes and client communication to one single place along with the digitization of their business. Our founding team is alumni of IIT & IIM with extensive experience in senior leadership roles at unicorns like Ola.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Determine selection criteria
3. Source potential candidates through online channels (e. g. social platforms and professional networks)
4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking system
6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
7. Lead employer branding initiatives
8. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
9. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department
10. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
11. Provide counselling on policies and procedures
12. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
13. Develop training and development programs
14. Assist in performance management processes
15. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
16. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc. ) according to policy and legal requirements
17. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
