Full Job Description

MyOperator is a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) for managing cloud communication.

The team will build our next generation cloud telephony platform and provide our customers with new ways to deliver communication experiences to their audiences. This is an exciting and meaningful opportunity both from a technical and career opportunities perspective.

We are looking for an HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition department’s daily activities.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Sourcing candidates from various job portals
  • Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
  • Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher

Salary: ₹8,086.00 per month
