About Liveasy
Liveasy was started by two brothers who graduated from IIT Delhi and LNMIIT. When you go to a market, do you ever imagine where do these goods come from? Logistics is the backbone of every economy. In India, it contributes 14% of the GDP – such a big number, but it is highly unorganized. So, we have decided to build an online truck booking platform to make it more efficient and smoother by using technology and contributing to the Indian economy.
About the work-from-home job/internship
The selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Work with the founders to hire and screen candidates
- Onboard new employees
- Design & execute recruitment strategies and employee engagement strategies
- Source & screen candidates and identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Conduct the telephonic Interview
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
- Organize induction programs for new hires
