Role: Associate (MBA Intern Program)
Intern Location: Remote, Anywhere in India

appengine.ai is a global network of AI/ML Startups and Investors. We are based out of New York/New Jersey and backed by a venture capital firm, Barclay Street Venture and some angel investors. We are passionate about accelerating growth within the AI/ML space and have a goal to be recognized as a key partner for AI/ML start-ups and investors globally. As we are building growth momentum and adding new companies to our portfolio, we are seeking to add Interns to our Data Team and as a part of our Academic Partnership Program for nurturing the young talents. The rationale behind the program is that an intern should develop a fair understanding about the Startups Fundraising and Capital Deployment.
Team: Data (PD, DV, Investment Research)
Intern Program Expectations:
- Develop strong understanding about appengine.ai platform and understand the culture of the organization
- Perform investment research on a specific category/market and identify investment opportunities (Startup Investment Identification)
- Develop understanding about Startup Fundraising and various types of financial instruments
- Develop understanding about Venture Capital and Private Equity
- Contribute and assist social media owners in content building and content posting
- Develop fair understanding about LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Quora, Medium, Youtube, Instagram
- Participate in group sessions and discuss how insights translate into actionable brand awareness and recommendations
- Develop familiarity with virtual events and platforms and support day to day operations of the global virtual event program
- Work with the global event team on development and delivery of virtual events for AI/Ml Startups
- If needed, develop understanding on image designing and image analytics
- Develop understanding about Startups KPIs
- Develop understanding of CRM Platform, Project Management Tools and Productivity Tools
Intern Program Requirements:
- You are currently attending one of the these B-Schools (IIM, XLRI, SPJIMR, NMIMS, MDI, IMI, Nirma, BITS Pilani, IFIM, ICFAI)
- MBA in Finance or similar field
- Internship engagement for minimum 2 to 4 Months (Optional)
- Strong analytical, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
