Job Description (Stipend: INR 15,000-20,000 per month)
We are looking for a creative, highly motivated, and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. If you are curious about hiring top talents in a fast-paced and growing tech space and gaining experience in this field, this is a great opportunity. You will be supporting the Heads of various departments with sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and closing candidates for all job openings in the region and beyond.
Daily Responsibilities
- Working closely with the founders, hiring managers to provide full-cycle recruitment service
- Innovating on talent sourcing methods to find top talent not only limited to job posting – doors are always open to new ideas
- Ensuring a robust candidate talent pipeline within the applicant tracking system
- Updating the system with all candidate activity
Requirements
- Should have strong communication skills and time management skills
- Internship experience in talent acquisition would be considered an added advantage
- Focus on quality of work even in the case of urgency
