1.Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
2.Screen resumes and application forms.
3.Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
4.Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
5.Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department).
6.Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days).
7.Complete the tasks allocated in the training & brainboosting sessions.
