Micelio was conceived as the first-of-its-kind catalyst in the electric mobility value curve. There are 4 broad areas of focus:
- The Micelio Fund: It aims to infuse capital into clean mobility start-ups and would optimize returns for all stakeholders with key focus being on the development of the ecosystem.
- Micelio Discovery Studio: It acts as an enabler working across various domains to help EV start-ups spearhead innovation in the space of electric vehicles. We aim to show credible path of success to EV start-ups and help bring about impact collectively.
- Motors: This is the Product arm which is designing and building 2/3/4W EV form factors, with a primary focus on Last Mile Delivery vehicles.
- Lightning Logistics: This is an intelligent EV first fleet catering to the B2B last mile logistics sector helping them deliver goods in a smarter, cleaner and more reliable manner.
We are one of the few product/ OEM agnostic firms that have a unique mix of funding, a design studio, an Electric Fleet and a Product Engineering Wing. The idea is to build a community around the EV Ecosystem – to enable faster adoption.

Purpose of the job/Job Overview
( Candidate will assist the engineering team with model development as
well as Code generation in the model based system design)
Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Matlab and Simulink based cell and battery pack modeling
- Responsible for the battery mathematical modeling.
- Data processing for cell as well as battery pack test data.
- Candidate will play key role in thermal and electrical modeling of battery packs
- Candidate will closely work with BMS team to developed battery algorithms
- Assisting the team with system modeling and rapid code prototyping.
- Education Level- B.Tech(Computer Science, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical) or Higher Educations
- Experience- Not Required
Specific Skills/ Competencies Required
- Programming expertise on the scripting tools like MATLAB or Python or embedded c or C/C++ preferred.
- System modelling based on Simulink.
- Preferable to have exposure on Math Modeling and Simulations.
- Domain knowledge on control systems and its applications.
- Knowledge of model based design tools like Simulink/Stateflow/GT Suite, etc.
- Domain Knowledge on Mathematical concepts like Linear Algebra, Probability, etc.

- Willing to learn and further enhance technical knowledge in a professional environment.
