Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with data structures and algorithms
2. Understand space/time complexity aspects and multi-tier architecture
3. Work with database concepts, ACID
Other requirements
1. Knowledge of backend & front end concepts
2. Basic web concepts, what are web apps, what are web services
3. Should be an anxious and eager programmer, language is no bar – C/C++/Java/Python/JavaScript (just Java also would be great)
4. Should know concepts of multi-threading
5. Able to understand coding constructs, OOPs, procedural vs functional languages
